Thomas Stewart, CPA, ABV, CVA, ASA, CFF, and CEIV, is an FLVS partner at Whitley Penn. He joined us in 2011 as a Senior Manager in the Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services group. Prior to joining, he managed his own firm, founded in 1997. Thomas serves as a testifying expert to the Texas business and legal community in matters of family law, probate, personal injury and civil litigation involving property evaluations and characterization, income taxation, commercial damages and lost profits and forensic accounting. Thomas has extensive experience in the valuation of business entities and intangible assets.
