Curtis Maxfield provides federal and state tax consulting and compliance services to both public and private companies. He primarily represents clients in the taxation of C Corporations, including affiliated groups filing consolidated returns, S Corporations, partnerships, non-profit organizations, and individuals. Curtis has experience assisting companies with ASC740 calculations and related disclosures, guiding business owners through transition planning and execution, and helping individual taxpayers plan to minimize their tax burden.
