Jonathan Rittenhouse Joins Leadership Fort Worth’s LeadershipClass 2027

Jonathan Rittenhouse, Whitley Penn Audit Partner, has been selected to join Leadership Fort Worth’s LeadershipClass 2027, a nine-month leadership program that equips established leaders with a deeper understanding of the issues, opportunities, and organizations shaping the Fort Worth community.
Through a series of sector-focused program days, participants will gain insight into how Fort Worth operates, foster relationships and leadership skills needed to create meaningful community impact, and learn how they can align their personal passions and professional experience with issues important to Fort Worth’s future.

Jonathan has more than 15 years of public accounting experience providing audit and assurance advisory services to public and private companies and has extensive experience advising clients on generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) in the United States of America. He focuses primarily on nonprofit, manufacturing, distribution and logistics, construction, and employee benefit plans, and serves as Whitley Penn’s industry co-leader for nonprofit organizations.
Jonathan is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA) and previously served as the audit and finance committee chair for Communities in Schools – Greater Tarrant County. Jonathan is currently Whitley Penn’s representative on the board of directors for Near Southside, Inc. He is an alumnus of the 2019 Leading Edge class of Leadership Fort Worth and in 2015 was selected to participate in Nexia International’s Secondment program where he worked abroad as an auditor in Melbourne, Australia.
Jonathan earned his BBA in Accounting and Economics from the University of Oklahoma.
