Whitley Penn Expands Digital Services Team with Jake Zalac

Whitley Penn continues to expand its Digital Services capabilities with the addition of Jake Zalac as a Digital Services Senior Manager.

Zalac brings more than eight years of experience helping organizations improve and transform their finance and operational functions through technology, process enhancement, and scalable delivery models. He partners closely with clients to implement practical solutions that streamline operations, improve visibility, and support sustainable growth.

Throughout his career, Zalac has led complex transformation initiatives spanning finance systems, process redesign, and operating model improvements. His experience includes managing more than $15 million in transformation delivery, supporting global system implementations for Fortune 500 organizations, and conducting diagnostic assessments that identify critical process gaps and drive meaningful, long-term improvements.

Zalac is a Certified BlackLine Professional and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University.
