Bradley Frantz Selected as a 2026 CFMA Rising Star

Bradley Frantz, Whitley Penn Audit Senior Manager, has been named a Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) Rising Star, a prestigious recognition that highlights emerging leaders shaping the future of construction finance.
The CFMA Rising Stars program honors construction financial professionals under the age of 45 who demonstrate excellence, mentorship, and a commitment to advancing the profession. Rising Stars are selected based on their professional achievements, contributions to the industry, leadership within their organizations, and dedication to supporting the next generation of construction finance professionals.

Frantz has more than 14 years of audit experience and primarily serves clients in the construction, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics industries. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), he is actively involved in the accounting and construction finance professions. He serves as President of the Construction Financial Management Association’s San Antonio chapter and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA).
Frantz earned his BBA and MS in accounting from The University of the Incarnate Word.
