Raily Rincon Joins D CEO’s Emerging Women Leadership Network

Raily Rincon, Risk Advisory Services Senior Manager at Whitley Penn, has been selected for D CEO’s 2026-2027 Emerging Women Leadership Network (EWLN).
EWLN is a personal and professional development program designed to empower, connect, and accelerate the growth of North Texas’ rising women leaders. From August 2026 to April 2027, members will engage in a series of networking events, panel discussions, and interactive learning experiences while building relationships with accomplished executives and a cohort of peers from across the region.

Rincon is a tenured Senior Manager in Whitley Penn’s Risk Advisory Services practice. A respected leader in internal audit, risk management, compliance, and technology assurance, she advises organizations on strengthening governance, enhancing operational effectiveness, and navigating complex regulatory requirements. Rincon leads SOX 404, SOC 1, SOC 2, and internal control engagements for clients across a range of industries, helping businesses build confidence, manage risk, and support sustainable growth. She has also held audit roles at large multinational corporations, where she conducted operational, compliance, and financial audits across diverse business units.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and global perspective, Rincon is passionate about helping clients solve complex challenges and achieve their strategic objectives. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is committed to building strong relationships and delivering practical, value-driven solutions that empower organizations to grow and thrive.
Rincon holds Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified CSF Practitioner (HITRUST), and Advanced in AI Audit (AAIA) credentials. She earned her BS in International Economic Politics and MS in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.
