Dallas, TX (April 28, 2026)
Emily Beazley, Tax Senior Manager at Whitley Penn, has been accepted into the Dallas Regional Chamber’s (DRC) LEAD YP Class of 2026.
LEAD YP is a selective education and training program focused on priming young professionals to grow into leaders that will eventually champion the Dallas region. Each year, up to 55 applicants are invited to join the six-month program in which they will receive training on their personal leadership styles, leading through change, personal branding, coaching and feedback, and using the Predictive Index Behavior Assessment.
“Emily has distinguished herself as a trusted leader within our firm and we are incredibly proud of her inclusion in this year’s LEAD YP class,” said Joe Lavis, Partner-in-Charge of the Whitley Penn Dallas office. “We look forward to seeing how this program will further shape Emily’s leadership journey and expand her influence both at Whitley Penn and in the Dallas business community.”
Beazley has more than eight years of experience advising businesses and individuals on federal and state tax compliance and complex advisory matters, with a focus on partnerships, high‑net‑worth individuals, and private equity–backed and family‑owned companies across the Energy, Real Estate, and Family Office & Private Clients sectors.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Dallas Chapter of Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA), and the North Texas Chapter of Women’s Energy Network (WEN).
