Dallas, TX (August 5, 2026)
Irfan Dossani, Partner-in-Charge of Advisory at Whitley Penn, has been selected to join the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Leadership Dallas Class of 2027, a distinguished program that brings together emerging and established leaders committed to strengthening the North Texas community.
Leadership Dallas is one of the region’s premier leadership programs designed to help executives understand how to use their expertise to address challenges and opportunities facing the Dallas Region through hands-on curriculum.
“Since joining Whitley Penn, Irfan has consistently demonstrated the kind of forward-thinking leadership that drives meaningful growth and lasting impact,” said Matthew Reiter, Partner-in-Charge of Whitley Penn’s Audit Practice and a Leadership Dallas alumnus. “His ability to build, innovate, and inspire others has helped shape the future of our firm’s Advisory Practice, and I have no doubt he will offer that same energy and perspective to his Leadership Dallas cohort.”
Dossani leads Whitley Penn’s efforts to expand and enhance its strategic advisory capabilities across a wide range of industries. Known for his forward-thinking approach to leadership, he has championed initiatives focused on innovation, growth, and transformation, including investments in technology, strategic partnerships, and new service offerings.
In 2018, Dossani joined Whitley Penn through an acquisition and began formalizing the structure and strategy around the firm’s (CAAS) practice. As leader of this practice, the CAAS group continued to grow to what it has become today. This practice has helped organizations modernize financial operations and navigate increasingly complex business environments.
A nationally recognized speaker and thought leader, Dossani frequently shares insights into digital transformation, advisory services, and the future of the accounting profession. He serves on the Board of the Information Technology Alliance (ITA) and has held advisory positions with Intuit’s Executive Advisory Council and Large Firm Partner Council, as well as BILL’s Advisory Council. He also leads Whitley Penn’s newly formed Artificial Intelligence (AI) Council, which is tasked with setting the direction for AI usage internally, for the betterment of clients and employees alike. His perspectives have been featured in publications including Accounting Today and CPA.com.
Dossani earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Texas Christian University and is a graduate of the Stagen Integral Leadership Program at Stagen Leadership Academy.
