Fort Worth, TX (May 20, 2026)
Whitley Penn has welcomed Brittany Frantzen as a Healthcare Advisory Director. Frantzen will lead the firm’s new Practice Optimization specialty for healthcare industry clients.
Frantzen will focus on optimizing care delivery models, improving scheduling and clinic workflows, strengthening staff retention, and aligning clinical operations with compliance and financial goals. By combining clinical insight with business acumen, she is acutely aware of how these functions must work in concert to help businesses succeed. Her approach centers on aligning operations with the realities of care delivery so practices can function at an optimized level while keeping patient care the primary focus.
“Brittany brings a distinctive combination of clinical and executive leadership experience that makes her stand out in the healthcare advisory space,” said Josh Agren, Healthcare Advisory Partner. “As we introduce our Practice Optimization offering, her ability to align people, processes, and financial performance will create a significant advantage for our clients and for our continued growth in the market.”
Frantzen is a multi-disciplinary healthcare advisory leader who consults with practices to improve operational performance and navigate the complex healthcare landscape. Her work focuses on helping organizations align operational strategy, workforce models, and financial performance to support long-term sustainability and quality outcomes. As a clinician turned healthcare administrator, Frantzen’s perspective is shaped by firsthand field experience, allowing her to deliver practical advisory services informed by the realities of healthcare delivery.
Frantzen’s advisory work is grounded in extensive executive and operational leadership experience across acute care, transplant, ambulatory, infusion, pharmacy, and multi-site physician practice settings. She has led multidisciplinary teams and multimillion dollar operations, driven revenue growth, reduced turnover and labor costs, implemented standardized operating models, and improved quality, safety, and employee engagement metrics. Her ability to bridge frontline clinical realities with executive level strategy enables her to deliver actionable insights that influence measurable results for healthcare organizations. She is proud to be a nurse and is passionate about improving lives in the community while helping businesses thrive.
Frantzen earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a registered nurse in the state of Texas, a Nurse Executive Board Certified (NE-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, has a certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Human Development from Southern Methodist University, and completed an Executive Leadership Fellowship at Southern Methodist University in partnership with Baylor Scott & White Health.
