Kendall Neukomm Joins HubSpot’s 2026 Customer Advisory Board

Whitley Penn Marketing & Growth Strategy Senior Manager, Kendall Neukomm, has joined HubSpot’s 2026 Customer Advisory Board.
The HubSpot Customer Advisory Board connects HubSpot leadership directly with their most engaged customers, primarily at the executive level. It fosters a collaborative and customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that HubSpot’s solutions meet its customers’ evolving needs and challenges. The board serves as a strategic partner, providing valuable feedback, insights, and guidance to help shape HubSpot’s product roadmap and enhance the overall customer experience.

Neukomm is the product owner of HubSpot CRM for Whitley Penn, manages and collaborates with a team of 15 marketers, oversees the firm’s websites, internal employee intranet site, and partners with many firm leaders to find creative ways to connect processes to drive growth. Outside of Marketing & Growth Strategy she created a firm program called Lunch Buddies, which fosters cross-departmental relationships and enhances employee connections at all levels.
The program was recognized as the recipient of the HLB International Innovation Award in 2024. Neukomm is also the host of Whitley Penn Talks, the firm’s podcast channel, and was named as a 40 Under 40 recipient by the Houston Business Journal in 2025. She also serves as the Co-Chair of the Executive Committee for Big Climb Houston for Blood Cancer United (Formerly the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society).
Neukomm holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Baylor University.
