Irfan Dossani Elected to Information Technology Alliance (ITA) Board of Directors

Whitley Penn Client Accounting & Advisory Services Partner-in-Charge, Irfan Dossani, has been elected to the Information Technology Alliance Board of Directors.

Dossani has more than 20 years of tax compliance and consulting, accounting and business advisory experience focused on privately held companies and entrepreneurs. His areas of practice include tax planning, mergers and acquisitions and accounting solutions and financial reporting.

Dossani’s specific experience focuses on healthcare, professional services, real estate, financial services, and technology sectors. He is passionate about innovation and transformation and leads many of these initiatives for Whitley Penn.

He received his BBA in Accounting and Finance from Texas Christian University.
