Donovan Miller Began Term as TXCPA Dallas President-Elect on June 1, 2023

Whitley Penn Tax Senior Manager, Donovan Miller, has begun his term as President-Elect of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA) Dallas Chapter and will serve as President of the chapter beginning June 1, 2024.
TXCPA Dallas, a chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, is a trusted professional community of approximately 6,200 members in North Texas. Founded on June 29, 1929, the chapter serves Texas CPAs in the following counties: Collin, Dallas, Delta, Denton, Ellis, Fannin, Grayson, Hopkins, Hunt, Kaufman, Lamar, Navarro, and Rockwall.
Miller has more than 18 years of tax experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). His experience is focused on tax preparation, planning and consulting for individuals and business entities in a wide range of industries including professional services, energy, real estate, and technology.
Miller is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and has additional roles with TXCPA as Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. He is the former president of Hillcrest Toastmasters, has served on the Board of Governors for the Dallas Estate Planning Council, and currently serves on the Finance Committee for Undermain Theatre.
Miller received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Biology from Vanderbilt University in 1998.
