With more than 15 years of experience, he has worked with owners, legal counsel, lenders, and project stakeholders to assess damages, investigate allegations of fraud and misconduct, evaluate project and operational performance, and strengthen oversight frameworks.
Heath’s experience is concentrated in construction, infrastructure, and capital project environments, where he has led forensic reviews, integrity monitoring engagements, compliance assessments, project controls evaluations, and claims consulting engagements.
Throughout his career, Heath has partnered with executive leadership teams, boards of directors, government agencies, and project stakeholders to identify and mitigate financial, operational, and contractual risks associated with major capital investments. He has led multidisciplinary teams in the evaluation and monitoring of large-scale projects, helping organizations enhance transparency, strengthen governance, manage risk, and protect stakeholder interests.
Heath’s experience includes capital project assurance, construction risk management, integrity monitoring, forensic investigations, regulatory compliance reviews, procurement assessments, and claims analysis on projects ranging from targeted engagements to multi-billion-dollar capital programs.
