Ryan Garland has more than 10 years of public accounting experience providing federal and state tax consulting and compliance services to private clients and middle-market businesses across a wide range of industries, including professional services, technology, real estate, private equity and investment funds, manufacturing, and distribution and logistics.
Ryan specializes in state and local tax (SALT) compliance and consulting for business entities. He has extensive experience advising clients on complex state tax matters, including nexus reviews, state audits, voluntary disclosure agreements, and state income tax implications related to buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Ryan received his BBA and MSA in Accounting from The University of Mississippi.
