She works closely with firm leadership, partners, and service teams to identify opportunities, strengthen market presence, and support the firm’s revenue objectives.
Known for her collaborative approach and ability to connect people with solutions, Danielle has built a reputation as a trusted resource among clients, referral partners, and business leaders throughout Texas. Through industry involvement and thought leadership on LinkedIn, she regularly shares insights on business development, leadership, professional growth, and relationship-driven success.
Outside of Whitley Penn, Danielle is an active community leader, serving on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Dallas and as Chair of Junior Achievement of Dallas’ Business Hall of Fame. She is also Founder and Co-Chair of the People Newspapers 20 Under Forty Alumni Network and Co-Chair of the Women’s Committee for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
Her community involvement also includes Capital for Kids and the Dallas Regional. Danielle is a graduate of the Dallas Regional Chamber Lead YP program and Communities Foundation of Texas’ Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy program and holds a Coaching Healthy Behaviors certification from The Cooper Institute.
Danielle was recognized as a People Newspapers 20 Under Forty Honoree for her impact in both business and the community.
