Danielle Reynolds has been with Whitley Penn for seven years and her primary responsibilities include building relationships and brand awareness by pursuing strategic opportunities with business owners, professionals, and referral sources. Working as part of the Strategic Growth team as Business Development Manager, her focus is to connect prospects with professionals to provide innovative solutions and superior client service for all their accounting needs.

Danielle is passionate about personal and professional development and focuses on supporting both the external and internal growth at Whitley Penn. She supports the firm’s young leaders and future partners to reach their greatest potential through her Live Well, Work Well development trainings along with leading other internal development presentations.

Danielle is a member of the firm’s Innovation Council, which helps strategize long-term projects for the firm by collaborating with all service lines on ways to improve employee and client service. She is also instrumental in the development of the firm’s Growth Champions, a team of firm leaders who serve as the eyes, ears, and voice for the Whitley Penn Growth Initiative by monitoring progress within service lines, finding new opportunities, providing coaching and training and setting an example of what it means to have a growth mindset.
