Amy Allen has more than 16 years of experience in tax public accounting, serving a diverse clientele of private entities.
Amy advises medical groups, healthcare organizations, veterinary practices, and practice owners on tax strategy, entity structuring, and long‑term planning. She also has a strong background in private equity, particularly in Collateralized Loan Obligations.
A Fort Worth native, Amy has deep roots in the community and a strong professional and personal network across the region.
Amy currently serves as a Board Member of the BRIT Operating Board of Directors and as a Finance Committee Member for the BRIT Operating Board, supporting the mission and continued growth of the Fort Worth Botanic Garden | BRIT organization.
She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of CPAs (TXCPA), the TXCPA Fort Worth Chapter, and serves on the TCU Accounting Advisory Board.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting, both from Texas Christian University.
