Rebecca has extensive experience with accounting system implementations, process improvements, SOX 404 compliance initiatives, and supporting executive leadership teams through growth and operational change.
Prior to joining Whitley Penn, Rebecca served in senior finance leadership roles including Corporate Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Financial Reporting Manager, and Controller Consultant. She has supported more than $800M in acquisitions and divestitures, led startup accounting functions, and managed financial reporting and governance for both privately held and publicly traded companies.
