Throughout the year we host many events in our offices to encourage employee participation. These include: Firm wide fitness and wellness challenges, Biometric Screenings, Healthy busy season breakfasts, Chair massages, Running/walking clubs, Flu shots, CPR training, Cooking demonstrations, 1:1 Health Coaching, Group fitness classes and much more! We also provide several gym and fitness memberships, as well as boutique studio discounts for our employees and their families to take advantage of in each of our office locations, as well as other partnerships with Varidesk, United HealthCare’s Rally Program and more.
FitWhit believes that health is an individualistic journey for each employee, and that is why we strive to offer a surplus of different programs. Fitness calendars are posted in all offices every month, with quick and easy workouts that can be done anywhere! Topics are different each week and focus on all areas of health; including nutrition, fitness, stress and time management, recipes and much more!
FitWhit was pleased to announce that our Fort Worth office completed Blue Zones Project Approval in the third quarter during the 2017 year. The Blue Zones Project creates communities where citizens, schools, employers, restaurants, grocery stores, and community leaders work together to improve the longevity and well-being of their residents. Approved members of Blue Zones Communities are able to identify and create policies and programs that transform and support the lives of those living in their city. This achievement is helping transform the well-being in both the lives of our employees as well as in the community.
