Campus Development & Employee Wellness Manager
Throughout the year, we host many events in our offices to encourage employee participation. These include: Firm wide fitness and wellness challenges, Biometric Screenings, Healthy busy season breakfasts, Chair massages, Running/walking clubs, Flu shots, CPR training, Cooking demonstrations, 1:1 Health Coaching, Group fitness classes and much more! We also provide several gym, fitness and boutique studio discounts for our employees and their families to take advantage of in each of our office locations, as well as other health and wellness related partnerships.
FitWhit believes that health is an individualistic journey for each employee, and that is why we strive to offer an abundance of different programs. Fitness calendars are posted in all offices every month, with quick and easy workouts that can be done anywhere! Please feel free to download a copy for yourself above. FitWhit Tips of the Week are emailed out every Wednesday to all of our opt-in participants. Topics are different each week and focus on all areas of health; including nutrition, fitness, stress and time management, recipes and much more!
