Alan Douglas has more than 40 years of taxation experience advising clients on tax compliance and consulting matters. Alan has significant experience in the oil and gas industry, working extensively with corporations, individuals, partnerships, trusts and estates in tax compliance, consulting and management advisory services. He also serves tax-exempt organizations in qualifying for and operating as a tax-exempt entity.
