Dallas, TX (April 29, 2019) – Whitley Penn is pleased to announce that Felix J. Lozano, III has been selected to serve on the Board of Advisors for the State Fair of Texas.
In addition to his new role on the Board of Advisors for the State Fair of Texas, Lozano is very involved and well respected in the Dallas community. He serves on the Board of Directors and Board of Advisors for the Dallas Regional Chamber, Board and Executive Committee for the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is a member of the Dallas Assembly, and serves on the Park City Club Board of Governors. Lozano is also active with the Leadership Dallas Alumni group.

Lozano is the Partner in Charge of Whitley Penn’s Dallas office, Director of the Firm’s Audit department, a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, and one of three members of the Firm’s Compensation Committee. He is active in both the internal and external growth strategy of the firm.
Lozano has more than 31 years of public accounting experience auditing public and private companies, employee benefit plans, and family office & owned businesses. His specific audit experience focuses on forensic accounting, fraud auditing, and special services related to internal control assessments. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Lozano is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Lozano is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), Dallas Chapter of the TSCPA, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
He received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas Christian University and is an alumnus of Ernst & Young.
