Lozano serves as the Partner in Charge of Whitley Penn’s Dallas Office, Partner in Charge of the Audit Department, and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. In addition to his career at Whitley Penn, he has served on numerous boards, including the Dallas Regional Chamber, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, Dallas Assembly, and the Texas Christian University Fort Worth Alumni Chapter. He has over 30 years of experience in auditing public and private companies and has worked with Whitley Penn for over 20 years.
