Dallas, TX (March 28, 2023) – Danielle Reynolds, Whitley Penn Business Development Manager, has been accepted to Dallas Regional Chamber’s (DRC) 2023 LEAD YP Class.
The DRC’s LEAD YP program is a six-month leadership development program designed to help young professionals gain a better understanding of their personal leadership styles and gain new insight on leading and inspiring others throughout their careers. Up to 50 class members have been selected for the LEAD YP program throughout the entire Dallas area. The class kicks off with a retreat in April and the LEAD YP program runs May through October. Class members meet monthly to receive training on their personal leadership styles, leading through change, personal branding, coaching and feedback, using the Predictive Index Behavior Assessment.

Reynolds has been with Whitley Penn for seven years serving in various roles through her tenure. Her goal is to pursue strategic opportunities to increase value and build relationships. Working as the Business Development Manager, Reynolds’ focus is to connect prospects with professionals who provide innovative solutions and superior client service, ultimately focusing on both the internal and external growth strategy of Whitley Penn.
Reynolds is passionate about personal and professional development. She supports the firm’s young leaders and future partners to reach their greatest potential through internal development trainings and presentations.
Reynolds is also instrumental in the development of the firm’s Growth Champions, a team of firm leaders who serve as the eyes, ears, and voice for the Whitley Penn Growth Initiative by monitoring progress within service lines, finding new opportunities, providing coaching and training and setting an example of what it means to have a growth mindset.
Reynolds is involved with Capital for Kids, sits on the Dallas Regional Chamber’s (DRC) Innovation Task Force Council, served three years on the DRC’s Young Professionals Advisory Council as the Service Chair, American Heart Association Ambassador, and alumnus of the Communities Foundation of Texas Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy Cohort. Most recently, Reynolds started a monthly office volunteer event organizing a team of volunteers to assemble “busy books” (coloring book kits) for patients and families at Children’s Health Medical Center. She received her Coaching Healthy Behaviors certificate from The Cooper Institute and was presented the Blue Zones Project Power 9 Ambassador of Excellence in Worksites award.
Reynolds received her BA in Public Relations and Health and Exercise Science and MS in Health Promotion from the University of Oklahoma.
